Tony原本從事媒體幕後製作的工作
因Tony想做自己熱愛的咖啡工作所以辭去原有的工作到連鎖咖啡店實習
有了連鎖咖啡店的洗禮後Tony即著手開屬於自己的咖啡店
從選地點、市場調查、菜單設計、食材選購、裝潢設計、店Logo……等
